Academic Qualification Requirements
Ph.D. degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Ceramics, Materials Science & Engineering, Mechanical Engineering. Candidates with experience in materials processing, high temperature experiments, metallography, use of characterizations tools such as SEM/TEM, XRD, Mechanical properties measurement (Tensile Strength, Hardness) etc will be preferred. A good understanding of interfacial phenomena in metal-ceramic composites, thermodynamics, and process kinetics is desirable. The candidate must be self-driven
